I have been a full time licensed Realtor in Maryland since 2003.  My experience in the industry dates back to 1987 and includes mortgage lending, appraisal work, as well as site development (land searches and feasibility studies).    Along with a real estate partner, I opened and managed the Waldorf Branch of PenFed Realty in February 2010 and served as co-manager until May of 2012 at which time I made the decision to return to practicing real estate full time. I specialize in residential sales, working with buyers and sellers.   Seniors, first time home buyers, resales, new homes sales, land, short sales and foreclosures. I hold the (CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Education), CNE ( ... Certified Negotiation Education) and SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource) designations.  I have some commercial experience as well.
