Phillip is an experienced real estate professional with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry. During his career, he has managed over 3.2 million square feet of commercial data center space at Digital Realty. Prior to his role as a Real Estate Manager, Phillip served as an Analyst on an Asset Management and Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team for Residential and Resort Management firms, respectively. Phillip received a B.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Information Technology and a Commercial Real Estate Track as well as a Double Major in Spanish from the University of Virginia. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Georgetown University with a Masters in Real Estate Finance where he completed his graduate thesis: Considerations When Choosing Between Public and Private Real Estate Investments. Phillip is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate and holds an active Virginia Salesperson License.
