My experience in real estate began nearly two decades before I became a licensed REALTOR®. I purchased my first home to renovate and resell in 1988. That home was the first of dozens of successful renovation projects. Then, in the early 90s, I became the majority partner in a real estate investment partnership that acquired more than 70 single-family, multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial properties. I also served for seven years as a volunteer board member of the Diversified Real Estate Investors Group, one of the nation's largest educational organizations for real estate investors. Since becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2006, I have represented more than 180 homeowners and 140 buyers in transactions totaling more than $98 million in sales.
