As Regional President for Greater Baltimore, Western Maryland, and Western Virginia with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty, I bring over 20 years of real estate experience and a deep commitment to our agents and clients. Licensed in Maryland and Pennsylvania, I’m dedicated to empowering agents to guide clients through their most meaningful investment, their home. Prior to BHHS, I led as Regional Vice President for a major competitor in Greater Baltimore. With an MBA in Marketing and HR, I believe in agent-first leadership. At BHHS, our non-competing management model ensures agents have our undivided support. I’m also a proud community advocate, supporting the PenFed Foundation, Sunshine Kids, the American Heart Association, and local outreach. Building lasting relationships with agents and celebrating their successes are among my greatest joys in this role.
