Hi, I'm Tash 👋 A REALTOR® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty, serving buyers and sellers in Anne Arundel and Prince George's County, Maryland. Real estate is a new chapter for me, but helping people through big decisions isn't. I began working in finance in 2005 and I'm still at it today, starting in higher education, now in corporate finance. Numbers don't scare me, and I won't let them scare you — I'll break down budgets, mortgages, and fine print in plain English. I also spent a decade bartending, from 2014 to 2024, which taught me to talk to anyone, read a room, and put strangers at ease fast. I still use that every day, whether you're a nervous first-time home buyer or a seller navigating this market — I listen first and keep you informed.
