My background is steeped in the construction business, and in April 2001, shortly after settling in Ocean Pines, I embarked on my real estate journey. To ensure I had a rock-solid foundation, I began as an Administrative Assistant for the Top Team in the area, absorbing every facet of the real estate industry. In 2008, I proudly earned my Associate Broker's license, leading me to become the Sales Manager of a local brokerage in Ocean Pines, before ultimately taking the helm as Branch Manager of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty in April 2015. Before diving into real estate, I spent two decades working for a major financial institution, where I held a range of positions, from customer service and banking center management to sales and project management. This invaluable experience has given me a profound understanding of lending and financial processes, allowing me to offer my clients and associates the highest level of customer service throughout the entire process.
