Maxine McLeod Miller began her real estate career in 1993 and has enjoyed all aspects of the real estate industry. In addition to being a consistent multi-million dollar producer, she has earned her broker's license, created training programs for real estate agents, coached agents for peak production. She was the managing broker of the Alexandria and Fairfax City offices for 14 years, where she led the office to the #1 spot in Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty and was named Manager of the Year.
