Maya is as native as they get when it comes to the Richmond and Central Virginia region. Having grown up in the area, Maya has watched her beloved hometown grow and change for the better. She and her husband of 33 years met while attending Virginia Commonwealth University. Maya comes into real estate with years of freelance writing and reporting about area news, national trade publications, and commercial real estate. She is also a non-fiction writer and has served as a pastor's wife. She teaches English as a Second Language teacher for adults in the community and online for children in China. Because of her background Maya is skilled at asking questions and paying attention to the details. Taking the time to listen to her clients' desires and needs is of utmost importance to her because her heart is for people. It's not just about helping her clients sell and or buy a home, it's about building a trusted relationship with them.
